  • Can I pay for my order with Paypal instead of a credit card?
    Yes, our website is now enabled to allow Paypal payments at checkout! 

  • How are you able to get these products?
    We buy them directly from the artists. Because our loyal staff are all active in the industry, we are unique in our ability to bring the products to you directly, rather than having to purchase from a middle man.

  • What is your return policy?
    Unfortunately, as all sales are final, we do not accept any returns or exchanges except on products that arrive damaged. If your product arrives damaged, we must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • My item arrived, and it is damaged! What do I do?
    Please contact us immediately from our contact page! We must receive notification within 7 days from the time you receive the product about the issue and we will do our best to resolve it.

  • Will purchasing products from Chaotic Harmony support my favorite artist?
    Yes! We purchase goods directly from the artists, so by purchasing products from our site, you are also giving money back to artists which helps support their band activities.  

  • Are you a shopping service?
    We are actually not a shopping service, but a wholesale retailer. Unlike a shopping service which purchases goods from a retailer on behalf of a customer, we purchase the goods from the artists themselves.

  • Can you get a specific item from a specific band?
    Maybe! The best way to request certain goods or bands is post a comment on our Facebook page or our Twitter. We can’t 100% guarantee that we can get these items or artists’ goods, but we can do our best.

  • How do you measure your shirts?  I need to know if it will fit me before I buy it.
    The measurements do not go all the way around, but only measure one side of the shirt.  The bust measurement is measured from armpit to armpit, the hem measurement is the bottom hem of the shirt, and the length measurement is from the top of the neck hole to the bottom.  Please see the following image for more information.

  • Do you ship outside of the United States?
    Yes, we do ship internationally!

  • What are your shipping rates?
    Domestic shipping is available in a sliding scale of weight classes as well as priority flat rate shipping.  All packages shipped domestically will have a tracking number.  International shipping has three weight classes for first class mail and customers have the option of choosing their packaging.  They may choose between a padded envelope, hard envelope/box, or priority flat rate packaging.  Please note that choosing hard envelope/box may result in a higher cost of shipping.  International orders will have a customs form number which can used to identify your shipment and depending on your country's postal system may provide you with selective tracking information.  (**We are always looking to improve on our shipping calculations so please let us know if you get to check out and the shipping doesn't seem to match up with your order!**)  Here are the current rates for shipping:

  • My country collects sales tax on imported items.  How will I be charged for this?
    Our site does not includes sales tax for any location other than California (as that's where we are located).  Therefore, any additional charges through customs will be collected after your purchase through our site and is not controlled by us.  You will have to look into the laws of your own country, as it varies, but typically I believe the parcel carrier will collect what is owed.

  • How long before I receive my goods?
    For orders within the US, you should receive your package within 5 business days.  For international orders, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. 

  • What are cheki?
    Cheki are small polaroid photos that are taken by artists in Japan and sold to fans. They are highly personal as they are impossible to replicate so each cheki is a one-of-a-kind picture, and they are really popular band merchandise right now.

  • Why can’t I see the what the cheki look like before I buy them?
    It’s typical for artists who sell cheki to not reveal which image is featured in the photo. It’s part of the surprise of buying the cheki, and half of the fun! Also, some people wish to keep their cheki’s image private, so we choose not to show the images on our website in an effort to respect those customers’ wishes. 

  • Can you translate this for me?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer translations for fans at this time. We hope to be able to offer translations of products for a small fee in the future.  If this is something that interests you, please let us know via our Facebook page or Twitter!

  • Why don’t you have merchandise from other genres?
    At this point in time, we only carry merchandise for visual kei artists. If we see a greater demand for other artists, such as j-rock and maybe j-pop, we may consider carrying their goods in the future.

  • Are you hiring?

At this moment in time, we are not hiring any staff.
